Good data is still harder to get than it should be. I build the instruments and software that close the gap between the question and an answer: flow cytometry, spectral analysis, and automated cell therapy manufacturing. Underneath all three it is the same job — work out what people actually need, make the case for building it, and see it through to something they can use. Consulting work runs through How We See LLC.

Cell therapy manufacturing
Product for the Cell Shuttle at Cellares: orchestration, scheduling, reagent and information management, led across five scrum teams and more than 30 developers during the build. That includes the traceability that lets the platform make real patient doses under FDA-regulated quality systems.
Cytometry & spectral
Conventional and full spectral, panel design, cell sorting, and the troubleshooting that keeps a core running. Named inventor on a granted method for modeling and minimizing spillover spreading, and board certified as a Specialist in Cytometry.
Science into software
Gathered face to face with the scientists who use the thing, at the booth, on site, in the lab. Then come the business cases, pricing, and roadmaps that survive contact with reality.
02 / Record
Fifteen years of it: fee-for-service cytometry and sorting cores at the University of Florida, panel design and spectral unmixing at BD and FlowJo, a genomics platform at Rosalind, and now automated cell therapy manufacturing at Cellares. Two granted patents, a stack of publications, and a peer review habit.
